This valve will be used to control the flow and pressure of medium etc. for water factory, power plant, chemical industry etc.
Features:
This valve can automatically regulate medium parameter in pipeline previously given to make it permanent in the range of definite precision and the precision can also be adjusted;
This valve has a good property of cavitation resistance. The vane is provided for upstream side of disk and winged regulating plate is provided for downstream side of disk for dispersing water flow and preventing cavitation. The noise and vibration of valve can also be reduced;
The valve flow controlling characteristic is good. The throttling scope is even wider than normal butterfly valve. It can be regulated between 20°and 70°;
It has a good changeability because of the sizes of flange connecting and face to face length is the same with normal butterfly valve. It has not any leakage when the valve is fully closed. It can be used as not only regulating valve but also stop valve;
The driving type of manual operated or electric operated (price is lower than auto type) can also be selected if the controlling level and precision is not required too high;
This valve disc is provided with a wing commutating plate with perfect cavitation-resistance. The motor operation type is suitable to be used as automatic modulation type to modulate the flow in the pipe line.
