Application:
This kind of valve is suitable used in the pipeline system of gas or other gas medium as a closing device.
Features:
This valve have two disks of ball type. Each disk equipped with fluoroelastomer ring sealing to cone seat ring to form two sealing mechanism. So it belong to double sealing mechanism valve;
Special motion of disk is happened when the valve opening and closing. The disk coming back certain distance toward center to break away from seal then surface turning 90°first and pressing the sealing seat and special motion of disk. So the sealing performance of valve is excellent. No leakage is occured during air seal testing;
When the pipe is repaired, close the valve and make middle cavity full of water, in order to cut off flow medium to ensure the safety of repairman;
The outside edge of disk is in the form of knife edge to cut part of tar on the seat when the valve is opening and closing.
